We've been at D-33 in Udyog Vihar Phase-4 for quite a while now. The shop isn't fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. Making spring machines is what we do day in and day out. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty and the noise from the metal work can get loud, but that’s just how it is here. Most of us have been working together for years. We know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late on a Monday morning. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on fancy office decor or brochures. Instead, we spend our time looking at blueprints and making sure the parts fit right. The neighborhood here in Phase-4 is busy with other shops too. You can hear trucks moving and people shouting across the street all day. We just stay focused on the work at hand. If you walk into our place, you'll see a lot of steel and tools lying around. It looks like a real workshop because that is exactly what it is. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just make the machines and try to keep things running smooth. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big order comes in and we have to stay late. We don't mind it much. It's just part of the job. We've seen a lot of changes in the area over the years, but our little spot stays pretty much the same.
