Enrich Agro Food Products Ltd. is situated in Phase-II of Udyog Vihar. Our address is 276-277, which is a fairly large plot. It is an industrial area in Gurgaon, so everything around us is either a factory or a warehouse. The air always has a bit of a metallic or cooked smell because of all the food processing going on. Inside our gates, it is mostly just trucks coming in and out. We have several production lines running, and they make a lot of noise. It is not the kind of place where you can have a quiet conversation. We wear hairnets and uniforms to keep things clean, which can be a bit uncomfortable when it gets humid. The floors are always being mopped. We have a small office tucked away near the front entrance for the managers and the billing staff. It is a lot of coordination to make sure the raw ingredients arrive when they are supposed to. If a truck is late, it throws off the whole schedule for the day. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy lobby for visitors. It is just a place of work. People show up for their shifts, do their part on the line, and then head home. We have a canteen where we sit for breaks, and it is usually the only time it is quiet. It is just a regular food plant trying to keep up with the daily orders.
