You can find us at E-97 and 98 in the industrial complex at Sanjay Colony. We are out in Sector-23 near Sohna Road, which means there is a lot of dust and heavy trucks passing by all day. The facility is basically two big sheds joined together. It’s full of rows of metal shelves and benches where we put everything together. The lighting isn't the best in the back corners, but we know where everything is kept. Most mornings start with a quick meeting to see what orders are pending for the day. There is a lot of grease involved in what we do, so everyone’s hands are usually stained by the time lunch rolls around. We have a small area where we keep the finished products boxed up and ready for the trucks to pick them up. It gets quite loud when all the pneumatic tools are going at once, making it hard to hear anyone talking. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything like that; we just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Sometimes we have issues with the water supply or the heat gets to be too much in the middle of the day, but we just take a short break and then get back to it. The local chai wallah comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we catch our breath. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where the goal is just to finish the daily tally.
