Our office is located at Plot No. 28 in Sector-34 EHTP. It’s a fairly standard industrial area, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. We deal with power solutions, so our day-to-day is mostly about managing projects and making sure the equipment is behaving itself. The building is functional—nothing that’s going to win any architecture awards, but it keeps the rain out and gives us a place to work together. We have a small crew and we don't go in for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. If a job needs doing, whoever is free just jumps in and handles it without complaining. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical specs on our screens. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important to the people who need it. The canteen nearby is where we usually grab a bite and catch up on the local news with other workers. Sector-34 is a busy place, so there’s always some kind of commotion going on outside. We don’t really use a lot of marketing talk because we figure people just want their power issues sorted without a lot of fuss or delay. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it’ll actually take. It’s a down-to-earth way of running a business, and it seems to suit the people who work here every day.
