We have got our setup at 76F in Udyog Vihar Phase IV. It is a very busy area with a lot of different companies all around us. We deal with various types of equipment and our space is a mix of an office and a storage area for the stock. Most of the time, the guys are busy checking the machinery or organizing the spare parts in the bins. It is a lot of practical work, not just sitting at desks all day. We get people calling in about different tools or machines they need for their own businesses. We try to be helpful and give them the right information without making it too complicated. The building itself is not anything special to look at, just a functional space in a crowded industrial estate. Traffic in Udyog Vihar can be a total nightmare during the rush hour, so we try to get our logistics sorted out early in the morning before things get too backed up. We have been here for quite some time now and we have seen the whole area change a lot over the years. The walls in the back are covered in technical manuals and some old charts we use. We do not bother with fancy decor because that is not why we are here. We just want to make sure the equipment we handle is ready when it is needed. It is a steady job for us.
