We are tucked away at K-2/2 in DLF Phase II, which is a bit of a change from the usual dusty industrial zones. Ceramic Tableware Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this address for a long time now. Working with ceramics is always a bit of a gamble because things can break so easily if you aren't paying attention. Our day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what arrived from the production unit. We have stacks of plates, bowls, and mugs everywhere. The office is small but we make it work with what we have. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but it keeps us cool while we type up the invoices. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the boxes are packed with enough bubble wrap so the customer doesn't open a package of broken pieces. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping load the van when the driver is in a hurry. DLF Phase II is a nice area, and it’s usually easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks of moving ceramics from point A to point B without any accidents. It's not glamorous, but it is what we do.
