If you ever find yourself at 305, Udyog Vihar, Phase-Ii, you’ll see our building right there among all the others. Home Care (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for years. The traffic in this part of town is usually quite a mess, especially around five in the evening when everyone is heading home. Inside, things are mostly busy. We have stacks of boxes and people moving around trying to stay organized. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small group of people just trying to get through the day's tasks. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months. We don’t have any big flashy signs or a grand lobby. It’s mostly just functional office space and some storage areas. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where a specific file went, but we find it sooner or later. Our team is a mix of folks who have been here forever and a few new faces. We don’t really bother with fancy titles or anything. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. It’s an honest way to work. The lunchroom is where most of the actual talking happens, mostly about the local news or what’s for dinner. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
