Our place is at 834, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V. This is the industrial part of Gurgaon, so it's always buzzing with activity. We are in the hygiene business. Our building is a standard industrial plot. Inside, we have rows of shelves filled with dispensers and cleaning supplies. It’s a very busy environment. There’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded at the gate. We have a front office where the admin work happens, but most of the action is in the warehouse area. It’s dusty outside because of all the construction in Gurgaon, but we try to keep it clean inside. The staff is a mix of people who have been here since the start and some newer faces. We don’t have a fancy canteen, we usually just eat at our desks or go out to the local dhabas. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when we have big contracts to fulfill. We focus on making sure the products are functional and get to the clients when they need them. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a while and people know our address. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s ours and we know how to run it.
