Celforst Innovations P. Ltd.

We are located on the 7th floor of Udyog Minar, which is in Udyog Vihar Phase-V. Being up on a higher floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is mostly other office buildings and factories in Gurgaon. At Celforst Innovations P. Ltd., we focus on cooling and refrigeration equipment. It’s a very specific field, but it keeps us busy. The office is a mix of people on phones and some technical guys looking at blueprints. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and charts. Udyog Vihar is a place where everyone is always in a hurry. You see people rushing to the elevators every morning. We try to keep things a bit more grounded in our office. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. Most of our day is spent coordinating with technicians or checking on orders that need to go out to hotels or restaurants. The innovations part of our name sounds fancy, but really we just try to find practical ways to keep things cold. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and making sure the parts are in stock. We don’t really do big meetings. If something needs to be discussed, we just walk over to each other’s desks. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine.
