Brother Intl India Pvt Ltd is up on the 10th floor of JMD Regent Square. We are right on M G Road, which is always busy no matter what time it is. Our office numbers are 1003 and 1004. It’s a typical office setup where we spend a lot of time on computers and phones dealing with the printer and sewing machine business. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is usually a mess. We have people coming in for meetings or just to talk about the different models we carry. It’s a mix of different departments all crammed into these two office units. We’ve got some display models sitting around so people can see how they work. It’s not a showroom, just our main work area where we keep the gears turning for the company here in India. Sometimes the elevators take forever since it’s a big building with lots of other companies. We’ve been at this M G Road location for a while now and most people know the building. It’s a central spot for us to reach our dealers and customers across the city. We don’t do anything too flashy here, just the daily grind of keeping the business moving and making sure the orders are getting processed. It’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the fast pace of Gurgaon life and making sure everyone gets their machines delivered on time.
