BIKON APPLIANCES CORPORATION

Bikon Appliances Corporation is located at S-6/24 in DLF City Phase-III. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for several years now. We mostly handle household appliances, dealing with all the stuff that breaks down when you least expect it. Our space is filled with boxes of spare parts, half-fixed machines, and tools. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with customers or out on calls. When you work with appliances, you see everything from leaky washing machines to ovens that won't heat up. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to find that one specific part that’s out of stock. We don't have a slick showroom with bright lights. Most people just bring their broken items to the back door or we go to them. It’s a small group of us working here. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. We just focus on the repairs. Some days are better than others, especially when a particularly tricky repair finally works. The traffic around DLF City can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our routes carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. It’s a practical business and we just take things one day at a time, making sure we get through the pile of work waiting for us in the shop.
