Our place is located at 272 in Dundahera Phase 2. We operate as an industrial unit here, mostly dealing with various technical parts and some manufacturing work. It is a big space compared to a regular street shop, filled with different machines and long worktables. The area is very industrial, so there are always heavy trucks moving around and the constant sound of machinery coming from the neighboring buildings. Inside our unit, it is mostly about the production line and getting orders ready for dispatch. We do not have a showroom or anything like that because we do not really sell to the general public who might be walking by. It is more about the work we do for other companies and businesses. The floors are made of grey concrete and the lighting is just standard industrial tubes. Our staff spends the entire day at their stations, and we have a small office area tucked away in the corner for all the paperwork and files. It is a functional environment where we focus on the daily output. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a large shipment is going out, and the loading area gets blocked up with pallets. We have been in Phase 2 for quite some time now and have seen the area grow quite a lot. There is not much to see if you are just passing through the street, as we keep our heads down and stay busy with the technical side of things.
