Beverly Bakers Ltd

We set up Beverly Bakers Ltd over at 394 Udyog Vihar. It is an industrial hub, so it is not your typical corner bakery. We do things on a bit of a larger scale here. We have big ovens that stay on almost all day and night. The floor is concrete and there is always a fine layer of dust from the bags of sugar and flour. It is hard work, and it gets very hot near the back where the baking happens. We make a lot of stuff that goes out to local stores. We are not really set up for individual walk-ins, but sometimes people stop by anyway and we try to help them. We have a small team of workers who know the routines. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to take professional photos of our food. We just bake the stuff, pack it up, and load it onto the trucks. Sometimes a batch does not come out perfect, and we have to deal with that. It is just the reality of working with dough and heat. The traffic in Udyog Vihar can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to get our deliveries out before it gets too bad. We have been in this building for several years now. It is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a plain industrial unit, but it is where we spend most of our lives and earn our keep.
