Our place is called Ask Automative Ltd and we are located in the Shant Nagar area of Gurgaon. The address is 647 21, which is part of a larger industrial and residential mix. Gurgaon has changed so much over the years, with all the big glass buildings going up, but our area still feels a bit more like the old days. The office and workspace are very straightforward. We deal with automotive parts and logistics, so the floor is often covered with boxes and components. It’s not a place where you would come for a fancy meeting. It is a working site where things get greasy and dusty. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a long time. There is a lot of noise from the nearby roads and other workshops in the area. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a professional spokesperson. We just talk to our customers plainly and tell them what we can do. Sometimes the summers get incredibly hot and the dust from the construction nearby blows into the office, but we just deal with it. It’s a tough, practical business and we don't try to pretend it’s anything else. We focus on the numbers and the parts every day.
