We are located out in IMT Manesar, in Sector 6. This is a very industrial part of town, so we are surrounded by a lot of factories, big warehouses, and trucks. Our business is all about components. This isn’t the kind of shop where a regular person just walks in to buy milk or eggs. We supply specific parts that other businesses and workshops need for their machines or for the products they are making. Our warehouse is quite large and it can get pretty cold during the winter months. In the summer, it gets very dusty with all the trucks moving around outside. We have rows and rows of metal racks filled with different parts and bits of hardware. Most of our day is spent checking order lists and making sure we have the right items ready for pick-up or delivery. We don’t have a fancy front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll usually find us in our work boots moving crates or counting inventory. It’s practical, straightforward work. We’ve been based in this sector for quite a while now, so we know the other business owners nearby. Sometimes traffic on the way into Manesar is a real nightmare and it slows down our deliveries, which is frustrating. We aren't a big, impersonal corporation. We’re just a small team of people who know these parts well and work hard to keep things organized. It’s loud and busy here, but it’s what we do.
