We’ve been here in Old Guntur for quite a while now. Our office is right across from the old RTC bus stand. It’s a very busy spot with buses coming and going all day long, but that makes it pretty easy for anyone to find us. We mostly handle travel bookings and help people figure out how to get where they need to go. It is just a few of us working here. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and we can barely keep up, and other times it's quiet enough for us to sit and have a tea. We know the roads around Guntur and the surrounding areas pretty well. If you are coming from the main market side, you just have to look for the old bus stand and we are right there. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a simple desk and some plastic chairs for customers to sit on. We spend most of our day talking to drivers and checking their schedules to make sure everything is on track. Guntur traffic can be a real mess, especially around the 522001 area, so we try our best to plan things out ahead of time. People often stop by on their way to work or when they’re planning a trip out of town with their families. We just try to keep things moving. Most of our regulars are just people from the neighborhood who know us by name. It’s a simple setup. We don't do big advertisements.
