Icici Bank Ltd

Icici Bank Ltd has a branch here in Vijayawada at Flat No.105, B-Block, K.P Towers. We are right in the middle of Seetharamapuram, and our pin code is 520002. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle all sorts of banking things for the people who live around here. The building, K.P Towers, has a lot of other businesses in it, so the hallways are usually full of people coming and going. We spend most of our day sitting at our desks and talking to folks about their accounts. It can get pretty loud when the bank is full, especially on the first of the month. We don't use any of that fancy corporate talk you hear on television. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork processed as fast as we can. Sometimes the computers are slow and we have to ask people to wait, which isn't ideal but it’s just how it goes. The weather in Vijayawada is usually very hot, so we are glad for the air conditioning in the office. We’ve been at Flat No.105 for a while and we know many of our customers by their first names. It feels more like a local shop than a big bank sometimes. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and head home at the end of the day. That’s our life here and we like it.
