If you go to Naaz Centre in Guntur, you will see us right across from the Hanuman Temple on Krishna Mahal Road. It’s a very busy spot to have an office. You can always hear the bells from the temple and the constant sound of traffic and horns. Smile Tours And Travels has been here for a good amount of time. We aren't a huge corporation with many branches. It’s just a local office where we help folks get their travel tickets sorted. Whether it’s a bus to another city or a longer trip by train, we handle the bookings for them. The office is small and can get a bit crowded when more than a few people walk in at once. We have some plastic chairs for people to use while they wait. It’s not the most modern place you will ever see, but we keep everything organized on our desks. Guntur is a very hot place, so we usually have the water cooler running for anyone who comes in. We see all kinds of people every day, from students to large families. Most of them are just looking for a simple way to get from one place to another without a big headache. We don't try to sell them things they don't really need.
