Manohar & Co

Manohar & Co is located right here in Perechtrla. It’s a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we don't feel like strangers. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a front area for visitors and a back area where the real work happens. It’s often dusty because of the road outside, and we spend a fair amount of time sweeping just to keep things decent. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There’s just a few of us who handle everything from answering the phone to moving boxes around the storage area. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some new buildings went up nearby, but we’re still here in the same spot. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just show up and do what we’re supposed to do. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to write down a message, but we always try to straighten it out as soon as we notice. It’s a local operation through and through. If you’re looking for us, you won't see any big neon signs. Just a plain door and some people working inside. We like it that way. It keeps things manageable and we don't have to worry about looking like some big city corporation with complicated rules.
