We are based in Tulasi House, over in the Arudelpet area. The address is 6-4-6, and we are right in the middle of the 4/5 section. Our focus is packaging machinery. If you ever wondered how things get wrapped or bagged up in a factory, those are the kinds of machines we deal with every day. It’s a lot of stainless steel and electronic sensors. We spend a good chunk of our time setting these machines up or showing people how to run them without breaking anything. The office in Arudelpet stays pretty busy with paperwork and spare parts. We have boxes everywhere because, well, we are a packaging company after all. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s necessary for businesses that need to get their products ready for the stores. Sometimes we have to travel out to a customer's site to help them fix a machine that’s acting up. When we are back at Tulasi House, it’s usually about coordinating with the manufacturers or checking the inventory. We have a small team here. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the list of things to do. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and diagrams of machine parts. It’s how we like it because it keeps us focused on the hardware we are selling and the customers who use it for their own packaging needs.
