Jbrl

Our building is located at No- 5-67 in the Srinagar area, right near the rice mill. Being in Dachepalli Mandal, we are surrounded by a lot of agricultural activity. You can often smell the grain and hear the machinery from the mill across the way. Jbrl is a small setup. We don't have a lot of employees or a massive office. It’s just a few of us handling the daily chores and making sure everything is running okay. The building itself is pretty plain. We have some space for our stuff and a small area where we sit and talk to anyone who comes by. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve become part of the local landscape. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most people in Srinagar know where we are if they need us. Our days vary quite a bit. Sometimes it’s very busy with people coming and going, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the wind. We don't have any corporate policies or fancy manuals. We just do the work that needs doing and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a simple life here in Dachepalli, and we are quite content with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Every now and then, we share some tea and just watch the traffic go by the mill.
