This part of Kuwait Cement Company is managed by the family of Balaiah Kamepalli over in Piduguralla, Guntur. We are located in the Mandal area, which is famous for its lime and cement activities. Being in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, means we are right in the middle of a very busy industrial zone. The work here is quite different from a city office. It's more about being on the ground and dealing with the actual production and transport of materials. We have a lot of history in this area, and the Kamepalli name is well known around Piduguralla. Our office is a humble setup, meant for utility rather than show. We spend our days coordinating with the workers and ensuring that the cement loads are moving out as planned. It’s a rugged kind of work, often involving long hours under the sun. We don't have a corporate handbook; we just use our experience to solve problems as they come up. Whether it’s a delay in the trucks or an issue with the local supply, we just handle it. It’s a community-based way of doing business where a handshake still means a lot.
