I20 Services Tours & Travels

We are right across from Sri Patibandla Seetaramaiah High School. If you are standing there at school closing time, it gets really loud with all the kids and the traffic. Our place is called Venkat Ramana Nilayam on the Main Road in Brindavan Gardens. It's Door No 5-87-46. We handle travel stuff for people in Guntur under the name I20 Services Tours & Travels. Sometimes they want to go on a pilgrimage, other times they just need to visit relatives in another state or look into going abroad. We spend a lot of time checking bus timings and flight costs on the computer. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for older people to walk in without dealing with any stairs. We have a few old maps on the wall, but they are a bit faded now. Most of the work is just talking to people and figuring out what they can afford for their trips. We aren't a big agency with fancy uniforms or anything. It’s just us in our regular clothes, sitting at the desks and trying to find the best dates. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick question about a train or a bus. We try to give them the right info so they don't get stuck. Brindavan Gardens is a nice area, quite green compared to the center of town. We've been here long enough that we recognize most of the cars that drive past every day.
