Eci Engineering&Construction

Our place is located in Nallurupalem, which is a part of Repalle in Andhra Pradesh. T. Radhika manages things here at Eci Engineering&Construction, and the office is really just part of the local community. It is a bit different working out here compared to the big cities, as things are a lot more personal. People know who we are, and we know our neighbors. We handle construction and engineering tasks for the local area, mostly helping folks with their building plans or structural work. The office is at the family home, D/O Tummala Babu Rao, which makes it easy for people to find us when they need something. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with the local authorities to get things approved. Construction can be a slow process in a town like this, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning and glass doors. Instead, we have a simple room where we keep our project files and meet with people over tea to discuss what they want to build. It gets very humid here, especially during the monsoon season, which can really mess with the work schedule on-site. We just try to be honest about how long things will take and what they will cost. It isn't a fancy operation, but we stay busy enough with the local projects that come our way through friends and family.
