Out here in Nandikotkur, things are pretty straightforward. We are set up at D.No 15/80 in the Saibabapeta area, which is part of the Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh. The heat can be quite something during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work at Dutco Balfour Beatty Llc. It is a local office that deals with a lot of the logistical side of things. Most of the people around here know S. Nagireddy and where our office is located. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a plain building where we manage the paperwork and the staff for the local projects. Nandikotkur is not a huge town, so word travels fast, and we try to keep a good reputation by just being honest with people. We do not use those fancy marketing phrases because they do not really mean much to us. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the workers know what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier with the different contractors, but we always manage to work it out. Life in this part of Andhra Pradesh has its own rhythm, and we have grown quite used to it over the years. We are just here doing our job, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss about it.
