Dlf Laing Orourke (India) Limited

The office for Dlf Laing Orourke (India) Limited in Guntur is inside the Venkata Sambashiva Residency. We are in Flat 13, which is on the 6/2 line in Chandramouli Nagar. It’s actually quite a nice residential area with a lot of trees and families living around us. Working out of an apartment makes it feel more relaxed than a standard office building. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors, mostly just people we are already working with on various jobs. The residency building has a bit of a local feel to it, and everyone knows each other. Inside Flat 13, we’ve got our desks and files set up wherever they fit. It's not a huge place, so it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a group of people trying to keep things moving. We’ve been here in Andhra Pradesh for some time now and we like the location because it’s easy to get to most parts of the city. The parking downstairs is a bit tight, but we make it work for everyone who visits us.
