In the town of Repalle, specifically in Nallurupalem, you will find our setup for Eci Engineering&Construction. It is run by T. Radhika, and we operate from the residence of Tummala Babu Rao. It is a modest place where we spend our time organizing building projects and looking over engineering plans. Working in a smaller town in Andhra Pradesh means we don't really need a lot of marketing. Everyone knows everyone else, so word gets around when someone is doing good work or when they aren't. We focus on being practical and getting the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. The day usually starts early before the sun gets too hot, checking on whatever site we have going on at the moment. There are always challenges, like getting the right materials delivered to our quiet corner of the state or dealing with a sudden rainstorm. We keep our overhead low and our office simple, with just the essentials needed to manage the construction tasks. It’s a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure the measurements are right on the blueprints. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to stay active in our local community. Some days we are just sitting at the table sketching out ideas for a new project. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood here.
