Cyber Shopee Tours & Travels

Our shop is at 9/1 Arundalpet, right next to the City Union Bank. We go by Cyber Shopee Tours & Travels. It’s a bit of a mix of things here. We started out mostly doing internet-related work and slowly moved into doing more travel bookings as people asked for them. It’s a handy combination for people in Guntur. They come in to use the computer or get something printed and then they end up asking about train tickets or bus routes. The office has a few computer terminals lined up against the wall. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons when all the machines are running, but we have a good fan that helps. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just put a sign outside and people started coming in. Arundalpet is a good neighborhood for this kind of business because there are a lot of offices and banks nearby. We spend our time multitasking between helping someone with an online form and booking a flight for someone else. It's a bit cluttered with papers and cables, but we know where everything is kept. We like the independence of running our own small place. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just a reliable one where you can get your business done and go home. We usually stay open until the late evening after the bank has closed.
