Asst. Manager-Hr In Rrpl,Rajahmundry

This is the office for the assistant manager of HR for RRPL, based out of Rajahmundry, but we are actually located at D.No:3-20-11/A in Peddacheruvu. That’s in the Masid Bazaar area of Narasaraopet, which is part of the Guntur District in Andhra Pradesh. It’s a bit of a long address, but it’s where we do all our work. We mostly deal with people things. That means paperwork, hiring, and solving problems that come up with the staff. It’s not always easy, especially when there are a lot of applications to go through. The office isn’t anything special to look at. Just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We don’t have a big lobby for visitors. Usually, people come in for interviews or to sign some documents. Masid Bazaar is a busy place, so there’s always a lot of noise outside. We just keep our heads down and get through the files. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make sure everyone gets paid on time and the records are correct. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of hiring to do. It’s just a regular HR job in a regular town. We’ve been in this part of Guntur for a while and we’re used to the local way of doing things. It’s practical and keeps us busy.
