Board & Paper Laminator

Our facility is located at Plot No. 349 in the Udyog Kendra Extension area. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly just big buildings and trucks moving back and forth all day long. At Board & Paper Laminator, our days are filled with the sound of the lamination machines warming up and the steady rhythm of paper being fed through the rollers. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to pay attention or things get jammed up pretty quickly. The smell of the adhesive is something you just get used to after a couple of days. We have stacks of board and rolls of film everywhere, sometimes reaching almost to the ceiling. It’s not a place for visitors to come and hang out; it’s a working floor through and through. We spend most of our time checking for bubbles in the laminate or making sure the edges are trimmed just right. The light in the warehouse is a bit dim in some corners, but we have lamps over the main workstations. We usually eat our lunch together in the small room near the back. It’s a straightforward business where we just focus on getting the orders out on time. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just take the sheets, run them through the machines, and pack them up for the customers. It's a steady pace and we like the routine of it all here.
