We operate out of Kashna Sitapura, in the Industrial Area at plot K 388. Ezeeflex Plastics Pvt Ltd is a place where you’ll always hear the sound of heavy machinery and the smell of melting plastic. The building is a typical industrial shed, quite large and open, to fit all the molding machines we have running. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some safety signs and a few calendars. In this part of Kashna, every building looks pretty much the same, so you have to look for the K 388 mark on the gate. The yard outside is usually filled with crates and scraps of plastic waiting to be recycled or moved. It gets very hot inside during the afternoon, and we have those big industrial fans blowing, but they mostly just move the warm air around. The workers here are mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. We aren't a corporate office with fancy suits; we are more likely to be found in greasy overalls checking the temperature of a machine. It’s a straightforward operation. We make what we need to make, load it onto the trucks, and start again the next day. Dealing with plastics means we have to be careful about the cooling times and the pressure settings, which takes up most of our attention.
