We operate Samping Polymers Pvt. Ltd. out of the Hosiery Complex in Phase 2. Our units are D-129 and 130. It’s a proper industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and machines humming in the background. We deal with polymer materials, which is a lot of technical work involving heat and raw plastics. The floors are concrete and the ceilings are high. It’s not a place for suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes because it gets hot and messy around the machines. We spend a lot of time monitoring the production lines to make sure everything is running smoothly. If a machine breaks down, that’s where our focus goes immediately. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a medium-sized setup trying to keep up with our production schedules. The office part is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor. It’s where we handle the invoices and the shipping manifests. We don't really do branding in the way some companies do. Our reputation comes from the fact that we've been in the complex for years and we deliver what we say we will. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition, but we just keep doing our thing day after day. It’s about the materials and the machines, really. We just take one order at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule.
