Sims Recycling Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 1 in Udyog Kendra, Extn-2. This is part of the Ecotech-3 area in Greater Noida, which is a massive industrial zone in Uttar Pradesh. The roads out here are wide but can get quite busy with the logistics trucks. We have a large plot because recycling takes up a lot of space for sorting and storing materials. It’s a functional environment through and through. The office is just a simple building on the site where we handle the administration and the compliance side of things. It’s not a place with shiny glass walls; it’s more about concrete and metal. We have a routine that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the dust from the yard gets into the office, but that's part of the job. We all wear practical clothes and boots because of the nature of the work. There’s a sense of purpose here, even if it’s just moving and processing old materials. We don't have any promotional banners or mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have our logs, our weighing equipment, and the trucks that come and go. It’s a straightforward industrial operation. We work hard and then we go home, and that’s pretty much how life goes for us here in Greater Noida.
