Sims Recycling Solutions is over in Greater Noida. We’ve got a decent-sized setup here because recycling takes up a lot of room. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, dealing with old electronics and scrap, but someone has to do it. The facility gets a bit dusty and loud with all the movement, but that’s the nature of the work. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure the right parts go to the right places. Our office area is just a small part of the whole building. We have a team of people who are pretty good at what they do, even if they come home with dirty hands every day. Greater Noida is a good spot for us because there’s enough space to move trucks in and out. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just deliveries and pickups. It’s a very practical environment. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything that isn't necessary for the job. Everything here is about getting the material processed properly. We’ve been here for a while now, seeing how much waste people actually produce. It’s a lot of work to keep it all organized. We just take it one day at a time, trying to handle the loads as they come in. It’s a busy, gritty kind of place, and we are fine with that. It’s just how we operate every single day of the week.
