Our company, Elentec India Pvt. Limted, is based out of Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a big area, but we’ve found our spot here and have stayed for a while. We work on various electronic components and things like that. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming in and out of the units. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk because the work takes up most of our energy. We’ve got a team that’s been together for quite a few years now. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a focused group of people trying to do a solid job. The environment in Gautam Buddha Nagar is very industrious. You see factories and offices all over the place. We fit right into that scenery. We spend our days checking things and making sure the shipments go out on time. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage to get through it. We don’t use those big slogans you see on billboards. We just work. The office is functional. It has what we need—desks, computers, and a place to have tea together. We like the area because it’s well-connected for shipping. Dealing with electronics means we have to be careful and stay focused. It takes a lot of concentration. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks one by one. It's a busy life but we enjoy it.
