The Mobile Zone

We are located inside Ansal Plaza, and the shop is called The Mobile Zone. It is a small space, mostly filled with glass display cases for phones and accessories. Behind the counter, there is a small workbench where we do all the repair work. It is usually covered in tiny screws, screwdrivers, and broken screen glass. We spend our day fixing phones that people have dropped or spilled water on. It is a lot of detailed work, and sometimes it gets frustrating when a part doesn't fit right. The mall gets quite busy, especially in the evenings, so we have a lot of people popping in to buy a charger or a new phone case. We don't have a big team of experts in uniforms. It is just a couple of us who know how to take a phone apart and put it back together again. We have a small stool we take turns sitting on when the shop is quiet. We aren't a big authorized service center with a waiting room. People just leave their devices with us and come back later. It is a bit messy and crowded in the shop, but we know where everything is kept. We just try to get the repairs done as fast as we can so people aren't without their phones for too long. There is usually some music playing in the background to keep us going while we work. It’s a simple shop for regular phone problems.
