We are based out of Jangal Bahadur Ali in the Mohripur area of Gorakhpur. It is a pretty quiet spot most days, though the roads get busy during the morning rush. The office is right here in the mix of things. We started this small setup because we wanted to work in our own town instead of moving to a big city. Sminpa Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is just a few of us sitting together at desks in a room that gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon. People in Gorakhpur-273007 know this neighborhood well. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that. We have some fans, some computers, and a lot of tea throughout the day. Usually, someone brings snacks from the market nearby. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use the backup power. It is a very normal way of working. Most people who stop by are locals from the UP region. We don't really do big meetings with fancy suits. It is more about wearing comfortable clothes and getting the work done before it gets too late. Jangal Bahadur Ali has changed a bit over the years but it still feels like home to us. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just show up every morning and try to finish what we started.
