Narendra Pandey Company sits in Village Bandhwa, right near the Vmc Inter College. Being near the school means there’s always kids running around or people heading to Ghajpur for errands. We’ve been based here in Bansgaon for quite a while now. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is always something to do around the village. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the daily paperwork and talk to the locals who drop by. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out under the tree outside. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows your name and who your father was. We don’t have any slick brochures or anything. It is mostly just us working through the lists and keeping track of things on paper. The building isn't new, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's the harvest season or just a slow Tuesday. Being close to the college makes it easy for people to find us when they need to. We’re just a small outfit trying to stay busy and helpful in our own corner of the world. It’s hard work, but it feels right being here in the village where we grew up and started this whole thing.
