It's more of a workshop feel where people are actually doing things with their hands and their heads. The commute into Noida can be a bit much sometimes, but once we’re at the office, things settle down. We have a lot of respect for the local community here. We aren't some big city firm that doesn't understand the local way of doing things. We take our time to do things right rather than just doing them fast. Our team is small and we all know each other’s families. It makes the work feel more personal. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have long, boring meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s an honest way to spend the day and we’re happy to be based in Vill Garhi. We just focus on the project at hand and keep things moving.
