Ontarget Softech Llp is located in Gorakhpur, specifically over in the Rapti Nagar area at the home of Prema Dubey. It’s a very local, small-scale operation, and we like it that way. We aren't tucked away in some huge industrial park; we are right here in the neighborhood. This makes the whole business feel a lot more personal. Most days, it’s just us working through software tasks and checking off lists. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the software work that needs doing. Being in Gorakhpur, we see the same people every day and it feels like we are part of the local fabric. The office is really just a functional space where we can concentrate without too many distractions. We have our computers set up and enough space for the team to sit together and talk about whatever projects are on the table. It’s a practical setup. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a few people who are good with tech and wanted to start something of our own in this city. It takes a lot of effort to keep things going, but we enjoy the challenge. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the work is done and that we’re ready for whatever comes next. It's a simple life but it's ours.
