Kwickbox Tech Solutions Private Limited is located right at Shop No 13 on the first floor of Shanti Tower. You can see the Chang Gate from nearby, so it’s a fairly central location for us. Being in a shop on the first floor means we hear a lot of what’s going on down in the street. There’s always someone shouting or a bike revving its engine. We’ve been here for a bit, and the shop is packed with all sorts of tech equipment and boxes. It’s not the biggest space, but we’ve made it work by stacking things high. We spend most of our time helping people who walk in or handling service calls over the phone. Shanti Tower is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional flickering light in the hallway. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations; we just have what we need to get the tech solutions sorted out. It’s a busy life, especially on market days when the whole area around Chang Gate is crowded. We try to keep the shop open late for people who can't make it during the day. It’s a lot of manual work and technical fixing. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at the problem, figure out a way to fix it, and move on to the next one. It’s how things get done here.
