Kartsap Ventures Llp

Kartsap Ventures Llp is based at House No 297 R in Kaushalpuram. This is in the Ramjankinagar area of Gorakhpur. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We run our operations from this house, which makes for a very informal and relaxed atmosphere. You won't find any cubicles or reception desks here. Instead, we have a few rooms set up with desks and all our equipment. We like being in Gorakhpur because it’s where we are from and it keeps our costs low. Most of our day is spent managing different venture projects and keeping track of various details. It can get a little disorganized at times with papers piled up, but we generally know where everything is. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who wear many different hats. One day we might be doing accounting, and the next we are handling technical issues. The neighborhood is quiet, and we sometimes take our meetings out on the porch when the weather is nice. We don't use a lot of fancy business language to explain what we do. We are just a small team working out of a house in Uttar Pradesh. We try to keep things honest and practical. It’s a humble setup, but it allows us to do our work without a lot of unnecessary pressure or corporate overhead. It works well enough for us.
