Our office is at 13 D, right near the park in the Rustmpur Tiwaripur area of Gorakhpur. Having the park nearby is nice for when we need to step out and clear our heads for a minute. Gorakhpur can be quite busy, and our little corner of it is no exception. We’ve been operating out of this Uttar Pradesh location for some time now. Inside, it’s a lot of computers and wires. We aren't big on interior design; we mostly just care that the AC works and the lights stay on. We deal with infotech stuff, which can be pretty complicated, but we try to keep our approach simple. We don’t like overcomplicating things with fancy words. If something is broken, we fix it. If something needs building, we build it. The team is just a group of local people who know their way around a keyboard. We often have tea together in the afternoons and talk about things other than work. It keeps us from getting too stressed. Being near the park means we see a lot of families and kids playing, which is a good reminder that there is life outside of our screens. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We’re just Javlar Infotech, doing our thing in Gorakhpur and trying to be useful. That’s about all there is to say about our daily routine here. It works for us.
