Icodet Private Limited

We operate Icodet Private Limited out of Tulsi Nagar in Bhagwanganj, right near the Radheshyam Bhawan and the Bakshamal Chhatri. It is an area with a lot of local history, which is a bit of a contrast to the tech work we do here every day. The office is tucked away, and if you didn't know we were here, you might walk right past it. It is not a modern office building, but it has everything we need to get our coding and development work done. We are a small group, and most of us have known each other for quite a few years. The space inside is a bit old-fashioned with high ceilings and thick walls, which actually keeps it quite cool in the summer heat. We spend our time writing scripts, fixing bugs, and talking about how to make things work better for the people we help. There is no corporate ladder here, just us trying to finish our tasks so we can go home to our families. We usually have lunch together, often bringing food from home and sharing it in the back room. The local neighborhood is busy, with shops and people everywhere, so there is always something going on outside. It feels very grounded here. We don't have a marketing team; we just focus on the actual work and let that speak for itself.
