Our office is located at 442 C in Chaksahusain, which is right in the Pachpedwa Gorakhnath area of Gorakhpur. If you know the area, we are quite close to Harahwa Fatak, so there is always the sound of the trains and the general noise of the crossing nearby. It is a busy part of town, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out and about. We have a small team working here in this space. It is not a huge corporate floor or anything like that, just a regular place where we can get our stuff done. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old files stacked in the corner that we really should organize one of these days. People around here are mostly locals, and we see the same faces every day walking past the entrance. Getting to work involves navigating some of the narrower lanes, which can be a bit of a challenge during the rainy season when the water pools up. We have a few desks set up and a small area where we keep the kettle for making chai. It feels more like a home than a formal office most of the time. The light comes in through the front windows in the afternoon, making it a bit warm, but we don't mind much. We just focus on the day’s work and try to keep things moving along smoothly.
