We’ve been running Comfort Tours & Hospitality Solution for a while now from our spot in Sainik Vihar, Kunraghat. It’s right there on Sainik Kunj Road. Mostly, we just help people get where they need to go. If you need a car or some help with a trip around Gorakhpur, that is what we do. It’s a family-run kind of thing, not a big office with fancy suits and glass walls. We know these roads pretty well. Sometimes the traffic near Kunraghat gets a bit much, but we manage to stay on time. People come to us when they are tired of trying to figure out bus schedules or when they have a wedding and need a few extra vehicles. We don't have a massive fleet of a hundred cars, but the ones we have are kept clean enough for our neighbors. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to drivers. It gets busy, especially during the holiday seasons. We are just local people trying to make sure our neighbors and visitors don't get stuck. If you're looking for us, we are near Sector A. It’s a quiet enough area most mornings. We don't really do big advertising because most folks just find us through word of mouth. It’s easier that way. We just keep things simple. If a car is late, we tell you. If we can't do a trip, we say so. That’s just how we operate here in Gorakhpur.
