My name is Yatin and I run this small office over at Ajnara Galaxy in Shalimar Garden Extn. We do two things here, real estate and travel, which might seem like an odd mix to some people but it works for us. We’ve been at this spot, P No-10, for some time now. Dealing with property in Ghaziabad is a lot of work, and the travel side keeps things interesting. Most days are spent either showing a flat or looking up bus and train routes for someone in the neighborhood. It’s a busy life. I don’t use any fancy systems, just honest talk and whatever information I can find. People come in to ask about rent or maybe a quick trip to the hills. Since we are right here in Shalimar Garden, we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s nice because you get to know what people actually need instead of just guessing. Sometimes the office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. If you’re around the Galaxy area, you can just drop by. We don’t have a big corporate team, it’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Life in Ghaziabad moves fast, and we just try to keep up while helping our neighbors with their homes and their holidays. It's a simple business, really. We just show up every day and do what needs doing for the folks nearby.
