Maya Tour & Travels

Maya Tour & Travels has its office at Shankar Vihar 276, specifically on Street No 4 in Kaushambi. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our setup here. We spend most of our time looking at maps and booking things for people. There’s always a lot of paperwork on the desks because that’s just the nature of travel work. We’ve lived and worked around Kaushambi for quite a while now. Street No 4 is usually pretty easy to find once you get into Shankar Vihar. Our space is filled with brochures and old posters from different places. It’s not a very big office, but it fits us. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It helps when the day gets long. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and trying to get everything sorted for the next trip. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. Everyone around 276 knows where we are. We like being part of the local scene here. When people come by Maya Tour & Travels, they usually just sit on the plastic chairs we have while we look stuff up. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us and the people who use our services. We don't use fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear our regular clothes and stay busy with the bookings all day.
