Indiafly. Com is based out of Ansal Plaza in Vaishali, specifically at 3 Ugsr. We are a small group of people who spend most of our time staring at computer screens in a small office. We help people book their flights and try to figure out their travel plans. It sounds like a lot of fun, but mostly it is just comparing prices and making sure names are spelled exactly right on the tickets so there are no problems at the airport. We’ve been in this particular office for a good bit of time now. It can get a little bit crowded when a few customers come in at once because the space isn't huge. We don't have a big call center with people in headsets. It’s just us answering the phones and responding to the emails that come in. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow and we get frustrated, but we always get the job done eventually. We don't use a lot of fancy travel jargon or industry talk. We just try to find a flight that fits what you actually need. People in Vaishali know us as the local spot to get their travel sorted without having to do it all themselves on the internet. We’ve seen a lot of people go on vacations and come back with some good stories. It’s nice to hear those, but our job is really just the technical part of getting the booking done. We don't promise anything magical, just a seat on a plane.
