Xyx Bearing International

Xyx Bearing International is located in Tronica City, specifically at A-2, D-53. It’s a bit of a drive out to the Loni area, but the industrial zone has plenty of space. We moved here because we needed more room for our stock. The building is a basic concrete structure with a big metal shutter. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of shelving reaching up to the ceiling. We keep thousands of bearings in there, all sorted in our own way. It’s not a fancy showroom. If you come to visit, you’ll probably have to step over a few boxes. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on a few big pedestal fans that rattle quite a bit. The staff mostly comes in from Loni or the outskirts of Delhi. It’s a long day for some of them. We don't have a canteen, so everyone brings their own tiffin and we sit together on the benches. The work is mostly packing and checking orders. It can be repetitive, but we try to keep each other entertained with jokes and news from home. Tronica City is still growing, so there’s always construction noise nearby. We don't worry too much about the latest management trends. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people. It’s a straightforward business. We close up exactly at six and everyone heads for the bus or their motorbikes.
